You upload, you wait, you download. The pipeline analyzes the footage, generates captions, places b-roll, and tunes the pacing with an LLM deciding where cuts land. Nobody touches a timeline.
It won Gemini App of the Year. The interesting engineering is in making a fully automated pipeline produce output good enough that a human editor would not be embarrassed by it.
